I live in Idaho and this is one of the best states IMO for gun owners. Saturday I was in the local Wally World and they actually had 9mm ammo in stock. I called hubby and told him I was going to pick up 9mm and 223. I asked him to check the safe and see how much we had but I still bought 500 rds of 9mm and 200 of 223 after I hung up. When I called him back he said "Well now we have 3000 rds of 9mm and you cannot buy any more ammo, ever."
He was kidding of course but to my question - How much is enough? What do you have? My co-workers asked me "What are you preparing for?" My smart-aleck response was "Zombies of course!"
We are buying a reloader or getting one for Xmas from my parents but we still need brass and I refuse to buy empty brass. What fun is that?
I forgot to add that we go to the range at least 4 times per month and shoot usually 200-250 rds of 9mm and 45 each time.
Ok so now - Input! Thanks!
