How Obama may yet get to kill the 2A

I am not a conspiracy theorist. For years, I have heard various theories about how BHO (he who shall not be named) would garner himself a third term by declaring martial law. I did not see how it could come about, but today a friend sent me an email that I believe is a very real possibility, especially in light of how HRC has managed to skate out from under indictment. I'd be interested to see if other people think this is plausible.

I had to take my vehicle to the mechanic the other day for service. The Service Manager, Pete, gave me a ride home and on the way he told me his theory about the upcoming election and the next four years of U.S. government.

At first I thought it a bit farfetched. But as I listened to him it began to make sense, scary sense...

“I believe that Hillary Clinton will win the election in November,” Pete began. “Then, sometime between November and January, Hillary will be indicted. The IRS is now investigating the Clinton Foundation and the whole e-mail thing isn’t over yet.”

“Once under indictment she won’t be able to assume the Office of the President in January. Tim Kaine, who will not actually be the Vice President because neither he nor Hillary have been inaugurated, cannot assume the Presidency.”

“The Speaker of the House can’t move up to it because there is already a sitting President and Vice President. So President Obama, in an Executive Order citing “emergency situation,” gives himself another four years in office is the only way possible.”

Pete believes Obama has been planning this for a while now, knowing he has enough on Hillary to indict her. Had the Attorney General indicted her based on evidence from the FBI this plan wouldn’t have worked because the DNC would have quickly come up with another candidate.

If you think about it, it’s not that outrageous. Many people on the left, including the President, want Obama to stay another four years. The law prohibits him from being re-elected so the only ways he can do it is by declaring martial law and suspending the election (which would be a very negative thing for the country) or to declare himself still President because the elected candidate cannot assume her duties.

The latter makes more sense and is actually more feasible. And since it’s never been done before, it would set a precedent that would be difficult to challenge.

Of course, if Trump wins the election none of this is going to happen. But what if Pete is correct? Four more years of Obama and a mostly useless Republican House and Senate would give Obama the time he needs to continue destroying changing the country to fit his stated goals.

First off Trump will NOT win this election.. and HE will continue to make sure of that..

Although I have never even envisioned what you are saying here it is interesting but IMO there is no way in hell a sitting DEM prez is going to ensure a sitting Secretary of State/Democratic candidate for Prez is
gets indicted. Sorry dude aint gonna happen. All the crap HRC has done (Benghazi/Classified e-mails/management of their charity/Purjury) is already over.. It's OVER..

Clinton will win by a landslide and we will have the first president proven to be a criminal. American politics at it's best..

Fact. Obama has pretty much done as he pleased...and got away with it.

Fact. Congress is supposed to be the center of power but they have done nothing about Obama. Nothing.

So, at this stage of the game, anything is possible.

Hillary's buddy, the FBI director, basically said that she is guilty as sin, yet he did nothing.

Who knows? There is no accountability, no law, no repercussion at all for being corrupt.

The President has sold us out, Congress had sold us out and its already been demonstrated that the voting system is so corrupt that we may as well not even have one.

With this Administration, nothing is impossible..and anything is possible. He's pretty much been ruling by decree anyway with the Executive Order BS.

Exactly.. This only proves the law absolutely does not apply to everyone..

Telling us we can't own guns and enforcing it are two different matters. Most LEOs and military aren't going to go door to door and confiscate weapons. Most states - especially those in the south, aren't going to let the fed enforce it.

I thinik you are correct, Trump is going to do himself in and HC will win the election.
There is no way Barack will allow HC to be indicted as she proudly has a lot of dirt on him too.
Correct again; American politics at its finest.

I don’t think Trump is doing a horrible job I just think the media does an excellent job at picking out his worst moments to show. He has much more detail and thought behind his plans but Hillary is an influence peddler. She and the DNC will take care of their friends and they sure will take care of her. I think it is very likely she will win and there is your 3rd Obama term on steroids. Who knows if the polls are anywhere near correct. If Trump was ahead do you think they'd say so? Or make it appear as though Hillary has it in the bag so that people just give up...

Please, no!
Trump is going to be President. Unless they totally steal this election.

There is no "Stealing" an election.. Haven't you been watching Trump during his rallies/events? The McCain comment, the 2A comment and a ton others.. Unless HRC becomes seriously ill, She will be president..

He insists on attacking people instead of speaking to the issues.. People want to know what his stance is and all he can do is open his stupid ass pie hole and make more headlines..

2 and a half months left lol and even if right now he does a complete 180, won't matter.. this election is over.. It's time to accept it.

Yeah watching CNN you'll get the talking points taken out of context, I've listened to many of his speeches in full and he offers much more substance than Hillary's hate mongering. In terms of our 2A rights the Supreme Court appointments the next President makes will be crucial and Dems always appoint activist judges who judge on ideology, not the Constitution.

idk... I just hope there's a silent majority at work... one that doesn't want to or feel the need to put up with the tar and feathering liberal wall crawlers will lay down if you say you support Trump. That's me. I try to avoid it all together because I learned long ago not to argue with stupid people - they only bring you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

I will cast my vote come election day. I won't have answered a poll, I won't have a sign in my yard or a sticker on my car - but I will cast my vote. I hope I'm not alone and that come that Wednesday I get to watch all the media and liberal whiner's heads explode.

There is a big "something" out there. This election is just too weird. I don't know what it is...I just have a feeling that the "other shoe" hasn't dropped yet. Maybe it will be Hillary's health, maybe the Wikileaks October surprise, maybe another email hacking some where else, maybe a deep throat whistle blower. But if HRC wins and is unable to assume the role as President...Kaine becomes Pres. Likewise with DT....Pence would become Pres.

Obama will never declare martial law and seek a 3rd term.....that's impossible. If HRC was indicted...she could simply plead "no contest" and Obama could pardon her the next day. Spin that one....:image035:

The Clinton's are really the slickest criminals to ever walk Pennsylvania Avenue......I'll give them that much.

A "180" would be a mistake........and what you just posted is EXACTLY what the liberal left and MSM and Hillary and George Soros want you to believe. Turn your guns in at the door....it's over.

Don't forget ONE very simple statistic

Voter turnout dipped from 62.3 percent of eligible citizens voting in 2008 to an estimated 57.5 in 2012. That figure was also below the 60.4 level of the 2004 election but higher than the 54.2 percent turnout in the 2000 election.

Donald Trump had the highest primary voter turnout ever recorded by the GOP.

Trump got 13,406,108 primary votes
HRC got 15,899.116 primary votes

However, in 2008 HRC got 17,493,836 primary votes....and lost. almost 7 million less Dems turned out in the Primary than in 2008

So this election has a huge UNKNOWN factor that the MSM wants to hide.

Which is why the entire MSM is heavily campaigning against Trump.

With all due respect, there is two and a half months left before the election. In politics, that is literally a lifetime. There is soooo much that can, and will, happen before the election in November. Please keep in mind that Trump has not spent one single penny on TV ads up until today. And his campaign took in 91 million dollars so far. And there is also the debates. So while I agree Trump keeps shooting off his mouth and shooting himself in the foot, I am cautiously optimistic he will ultimately prevail.

This is easier than some would like to make out. Obama is as popular as a case chicken pox. Hillary said straight up at the start of her campaign that she would TRY to keep as much of the good stuff obama did as she could . In other words; She think obama has rocked the house, and while she promises that people will have to settle for less, she will TRY to keep those good times rolling.

Lets face it. Voters dont like her, shes a horrible candidate who needed a rigged primary to get where she is, and her platform is that you will do with less good times than you had under depression obama.

If we cant beat that, we need to pack up and go home.

Voters will vote for change. JUST LIKE THEY DID WHEN BUSH LEFT OFFICE.

HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, President Trump:35:

Yeah. That part worries me, too.

But, I also think that the wheels are falling off the hillary campaign.
