I can get this one at the PX for $15 anyone have an opinion on this for a temporary gun belt?

I wear one every day in my cammies. Way to soft for a gun belt. I tried to attach my drop leg directly to it in Iraq and that was a no go. Ended up buying a padded waist belt. Great for cammies, not for carrying a weapon.

I agree. Way too soft for a gun belt. I also wear one when I wear cammies.

I think it was $20 at the PX. Much stiffer and can actually support a gun.

Okay I got one from the PX to use with my crossbreed supertuck and gave up the wilderness instructor belt I love the spec ops!

I used mine over there too. Purchased at Camp AJ in Kuwait. I still wear it on my uniform.

Personally, I used a 5.11 tactical/trainer belt i got from the nra store, it has a 5 row stitch and a nifty buckle, I had a promo code and got it for less then 30 bucks at the time. Has a cheesy nra logo embroidered on it but I can live with it. Great belt for 30 bucks, super stiff

Look at the Blackhawk Instructors Gun Belt. They run about $30 but are well work it.
