I've only taken the 4 day pistol class and wish I had just done the 2 day. Some of the instructors are okay. I kinda felt like I was on an assembly line. The course is all pre-written and all the instructors stick to the script.
If you want to get the best training available in America look at Gunsite but for entry level classes Front Sight will do.
The one thing that irritates me is they charge $50 a year to do a background check which they probably pay nothing for or very little and if you get it in June it's only good till the end of December so doing it now and taking a couple more classes this year will yield the most bang for you money.
They might try to sell you some fancy electronic range ear plugs or something else. Take a pass and save your money. Use it to buy more ammo or another gun or both.
