At $300 I feel like I stole that 586. It has a couple of spots where the blue is showing wear but the lockup on it is super tight. They have a real nice 66-4 up there. I'm actually considering trading my 686-2 in on it but I'm all tapped out for some time. If they don't sell it by the time I'm ready to put a deposit on it, I'll get it.
Yeah I don't think I will actually do that. Truth be told, I know the K frame is the true revolver snob's frame, but I think I like the L frame better with my bigger mitts.
Actually I may have to find another N frame sometime. The 629 just feels great and it's not that much bulkier to carry than an L frame. It doesn't point as well though.
I think the K frame with a 3" barrel would be awesome for easy carry.
Yeah I keep telling myself if I was serious I'd get a full size dedicated .38 with fixed sights. I should listen to myself.
