Well, in a way - look at these two announcements from NRA-ILA - first off Kansas is still no carry (ok, does not include home or business I expect) - but then we have the second item stating about reductions in 'duty to retreat' laws - including KS. Just seems a bit odd if KS has been so dead against carry!

Not that I am against such a change - far from it - it is needed.

I wish the people in Kansas who want the CCWs lots of luck. As they will really need luck and a change in the powers who have kept them from getting their CCWs

Kansas is going to be a tough sell. As years ago Kansas held fast to their dry laws it was many years after other States allowed the sale of alcohol openly that Kansas would follow.
