These reports are interesting. They seem to point in a lot of cases to things that are not quite right with equipment. When I was in we always seemed to get what we needed, not always through the "normal" supply channels though. :smile:
These days it seem that more of the troops end up going to commercial equipment, and doing it "out of pocket".
I find that trend a little disturbing.
