Nah - not much!!

I do hope tho it will go forward (as the heck it darned should) - but even the waiting must be frustrating as hell - particularly when you see the (what is it now?) - other 36 plus ''common sense'' states.

Is this NE BTW - or one of the other vacillating/stubborn states?
