IF it's the collimater style, then yes it's possible, but difficult due to the lack of magnification.
I have a Leupold boresighter that works, but the graduations of the grid are so small when viewing with your naked eye and the iron sight adjustments so course it's a really rough zero. It's actually just about as easy to do the "distant aiming point method" through the bore on an object, then to try to use the collimater on either the irons or a zero magnification RDS.
The Bushnell grid might be large enough to use at 1X.
