Kimber wait time.

There's 4 NIB on gunbroker.com right now.

Brought my Kimber ultra cdp last year off the shelf. It has been great, you'll be glad when you get it!

Two weeks ago I got a Kimber Compact CDP II from gunbroker. Just now got a Springfield TRP. There is nothing available local. If you have the cash now I would look to a online purchase. 10 months is a long wait, but I am impatient.

Walked into my local Gander Mountain and put money down in an Ultra Carry II. Was very surprised they had one. Pick it up at the end of the month when my permit comes in. Sorry you have to wait 10 months. Ugh.

It'll be worth the wait.

Wow, 10 months! I'd go crazy. Fine pistols though.

What's the reason.....back ordered, I'm assuming?

Yes. Minnesota has needed a permit to purchase since I have been buying. Bought my first in 1986. That is only good for a year. The Carry Permit allows you to purchase as well and is good for 5 years.

It will be worth it when it arrives. Haven't had any issues with my ultra carry so far, or my pro carry for that matter. Both are absolute tack drivers.

Pick it up at the end of the month when my permit comes in.

I guess it could be worse,but in Tx with CHL takes as long as filling out the 4473,showing my CHL paying for the gun and walking out with it.No CHL you gotta wait til they run you thru the background check and then leave with the gun.
