Anyone asking a stranger for a cig without knowing if they smoke seems very strange. I have had it happen to me and I don't smoke. I was very condition yellow and more.
What about our ploys in case a BG gets the drop on us? Mine is to beg not to be shot and offer BG all my money - then reach into front pocket and pull P3AT and go to town with it. I figure I will have the advantage of surprise.
