The phrase "no legitimate purpose" has always torqued me. Take a walk through any Walmart... How many thousands of things that they carry have "no legitimate purpose" and yet nobody is trying to make them quit importing that junk from China.

It does have a legitimate purpose and, even if it didn't, nowhere in the Constitution does something need a legitimate purpose to exist and be sold.

Maybe we should deport Sarah, et al for being in this country with "no legitimate purpose".
