I saw it once on this Forum but do not recall the name of the holster maker.

The SH has a unique design in that it has a strap that crosses the back of the user connecting the Holster to the Mag Pouch. The strap can be adjusted to bring and keep the Holster and MP closer to the body.

This SH does not have any tie-downs on either side of the system.

I appreciate any help.

That is a Monarch from Andrews Leather. Plain and simple. Oh it does work to keep the gun from swaying out.

Sam andrews only uses a brushed suede for his harness material and the holster from Action Direct seems to use a highly burnished leather. Sam may have licensed his monarch design to the the company, but I doubt he's making the run himself.:ahhhhh:
