Just put together my first knife handle made of antler and oak. Antler is from last years buck and the oak was just something I had lying around. Thought it turned out ok for the first attempt. Used Gorilla epoxy to secure the 'premium knife supply' S84 hidden tang drop point to the handle. Not an expensive blade or incredibly high quality metal, but I like the general look.

I have nothing against Micarta, G10 or "tactical" parawrap (and I've built a BUNCHA knives!). Yet deer antler and oak is dandy & yours look GREAT!

Very nice! is it really your first time ?
Absolutely, I'm a knife handle virgin. I did do a lot of casual research before hand and also managed to mess up on the first antler cut I made and had to use the other side.

This was my first time (and only). I wanted to give it a try. I wasn't really equipped for a job like this but I guess it came out ok.

This is a bracelet that served as a grip.
