I am a particular fan of the weather where I live. Most people are not. If you have ever spent any time here in western Washington state, mine should be one of the obvious ones.

I chose mine years ago because it was easy to remember (hey, I tend to even get my dogs name wrong!). It was also easy to spell. Oddly enough, it is not commonly used on the Internet, I say this is odd because it is as ubiquitous as "Bob" in many parts of the world.

Got the nickname Tiny when stationed at Pease NH from a mustang -- he was a short feller & I stood 6'4". Tried to use Tiny in another forum and told the name was already used so added "man" oout of an act of rebellion I suppose.

Well, I'm Old (mid 60's), and I was a US Army Ranger, Airborne, during the final days of the Vietnam war... Eh, that's about it. I created the screen name back in about 2008, and it just stayed with me.

Have thought about changing it to something more modern, but change doesn't come all that often anymore.

First name + first letter of last name. Boring, yes. Likely to forget, no.
