One of the most important drills I learned at LFI III was to mirror my shooting skills. Do everything with the off hand you do with the strong. He had us shooting the entire course that way. First at regular speed, then at double speed.
Try it. Use the Weaver, Chapman, and Iso, with your non dom side. Use two hands,, make these holds equal from both sides.
My score with the strong side LFI I qualification the first time I did it was 293/300.
After 15 days of Training with Mas from LFI II and then LFI III, my score with my non-dom hand was a 295/300 at double speed.
Everyone in the LFI III class did this. You can also.

Very good info.

You are setting the world on fire with your attendance of LFI classes. What is this, three in one year?

threefeathers....
The 2 courses I took with Mas back in the '90s (Pelham, NH - Intro to Combat Handgun, LFI I), along with his top-notch books ("In the Gravest Extreme" and "The Truth About Self-Protection" - and others!) are priceless education.....If I can get the money together, and coordinate MY schedule with HIS, I hope to take LFI II and III....
Ironically, Mas LIVES only 10 miles from me...but his travels take him to all parts of the world; finding him "close-by" is a rarity.....
BTW...my 2nd cousin, Rhonda, worked with him for awhile....she posed for several pix in his books....in one, she's holding a Benelli shotgun --
a formidable sight, despite HER being (at the time...) about 5' 1" and 95 lbs.!!
