Okay guys.

I redesigned the belt clips to obtain a more positive, larger belt surface retention. The muzzle rest area has a nice rubber sleeve to prevent barrel/muzzle marring. I also applied a nice matte black coating to the frame.

Photos a little later.

Here's the Covert/T IWB Holster: Master Prototype-A.

The integrated Belt Fasteners are still in the developmental phase. I have a few ideas...

Looks wonderful. I'll wait until you get a few more prototypes tested before I put in my order. :yup:

... You're going to cause a shortage of coat hangers.
Tell me about it. My closet is all of a sudden looking pretty empty. :)

I finished a Covert/T - Prototype-B, earlier. This one comes with C-Clip type belt retaining and a rubber muzzle rest. I like it very much and intend to wear it all day tomorrow.

Thanks, PAcanis.

The forward Cant position is limited, but can be adjusted up to about 15 degrees. :)

Here's The Covert/T Prototype-B.

I don't anticipate any further [major] design changes. I'm still considering a few cosmetic changes involving the cover for the weapon retainer. I like the way the rubber muzzle rest turned out. It'll be a standard feature, for sure.

Next project will be to build a platform forming jig to bend all the angles perfect.

For now it's time to put Prototype-B to the test. ..

I agree. Thats one of the cosmetic changes I'm going to implement.

The upper portion of the retainer will be covered in a thin Red sleeve and the rest of it's body will covered in a Black sleeve. The Red tip will make it easier to locate the retainer for re-holstering.

Looks like a good idea. How do you do a one hand reholster with it though? Does the wire hold the pants out enough for you to holster?

But wait there's more!!! If you call in the next 5 minutes we will include a 2nd Hanger Holster for just the cost of shipping and handling.

No kidding I think it has some merit with a bit of tweaking.

With practice, I'm sure one handed re-holstering could eventually be obtained. Initially, the Covert/T would require two handed holstering as well as Retainer identification for guided insertion.

Mr. los, I think you are on to something here but I'm just not sure it falls under the umbrella of sanity (could be genius?) :palmier:

You are having fun. We are having fun.

Carry on!

Good creative thinking, a classic "keep it simple" idea.

...I work at Pep-Boys, in Service, and I receive between 5-15 wire hangers every Monday. Maybe we can work out a deal... I already have about 100 that I've nothing to do with.
