My New Bigfoot Belt

I really like my Mitch Rosen 5JR holster for my LC9S Pro, but haven't been able to use it because all of my belts have stretched and twisted, leading to the grip tilting out and creating serious printing problem. I've been using an IWB holster, but have to cinch the belt uncomfortably tight to hide the printing.
Well, I ordered a Bigfoot 18 ounce, steel reinforced belt. It came 3 weeks ago and I can't say enough good about it. I put my Mitch Rosen on it. Comfortable and no stretch or twist at all and the grip of by gun stays snug against my torso with no printing.
Good work, Bigfoot!

Love my Big Foot have had mine since Jam 02. 2016. FS Glock G17 2 spare magazines and I have one of those Dunlop bellies , but the Big Foot keeps everything close to body !
Glad to hear it. I have one scheduled to deliver tomorrow. I carry bigger guns than you, primarily Sigs, so I have high hopes for it.
I'm on my third month with mine and can't say enough about it. I carry a commander 1911, spare mag holder, ESEE 5 knife (weak side) and ESSE Izula (strong side). This belt holds it all up! I have the 14oz.
Also glad to hear this. Just saw on Facebook that they are continuing their Labor Day sale ($10 off 14oz w/ metal insert), so I just ordered mine after reading this post. Currently just carrying a Shield but I plan on strapping on my 3" SP101 this winter. Plus it'll be nice having a somewhat formal belt in my closet.

I forgot to mention its fit and finish. It's great. Nice heavy stitching, very nice leather and the edges are smooth as silk.
Dang, you guys have me convinced. I just ordered one for myself at the sale price. Thanks.

Sort of dittos here.

I ordered a steel reinforced belt from Alien Gear. It has the same specs as the Big Foot belt and the same $59.88 price.

I think it is the Big Foot, but regardless, it makes a very positive difference over a regular belt and even over a good non-metal lined gun belt, especially by the end of the day.
Well, I gotta send mine back. I ordered based on the measurement from my existing belt and it came up short. Their size estimator nailed it though. So I guess it will be a while before I can test drive it.

I went through the same thing. I had to return the first one to get the right size.
I learned the hard way that if you just follow the instructions you'll do fine.

Just outta curiosity, how soon did you receive an order confirmation email from them? I ask because I ordered mine last night and its already been charged to my card, but no email. I might wait out the weekend but I would have figured a company of their size would have sent one the following day.

The order confirmation came immediately. It shipped within 48hrs. Their contact page says they're in the middle of a move. May want to shoot them an email or give them a call to confirm.

Just checked their page and saw it. That posting didn't show up when I checked this morning. I'll be sure to send an email now, seeing as they are closed for the day. Thanks!

Update (7:15pm): Didn't feel like making a new post, but I sent them an email and in less than 20 minutes I had an email back letting me know that everything was in order, except that a confirmation email wasn't sent. I've been told I should have my belt in about a week.

I don't remember a confirmation email, but from order to delivery it was only 5 days.
Its amazing the difference a good belt can make. I might have to try a bigfoot sooner or later.
Mine (brown) is holding up nicely as well.

Might have to order a black one from them soon.

FYI Florida CCW don't mention PRINTING at all.
My Aker has a polymer insert and does very well holding up a full sized pistol with a full magazine and a full spare, but the next one I get will be a Bigfoot. I am losing tremendous amounts of weight (lost ~50 pounds so far), and will shrink out of the Aker before too long.

FYI, I know that, but thanks for your input.

You guys weren't kidding about those Bigfoot Belts! Mine arrived yesterday and it's one of the most comfortable belts I've ever used. I knew that a good belt was key for an IWB holster (especially with a Govt. Model 1911), but I never knew how much difference a REALLY good belt could make in comfort. I am impressed.
