So I was at Wally World and seen this little Coleman flashlight for sale($25) that looked pretty neat so I decided to buy it.And wow am I glad I did this thing is an awesome little light for way cheaper than a surefire or something of that nature. This little thing is perfect size, extremely bright an well made. And you can't beat the price. This thing makes my mini mag look like a cheap dollar store light.

Sorry I am not a very good writer or reviewer. I was just excited with my find and wanted to pass along my find if anyone is looking for a cheap little carry light. I really like this light and would recommend this for a cheap tactical light in the 25 dollar range. Hell I would rather buy 4 of these than a surefire. lol

Oh....I even dropped it 6 foot on to concrete and then into a bowl full of water and the thing still works and doesn't have a scratch on it!

A little about the light.
Price $25.00
Its made of lightweight aluminum, has rubber seals and seems very well built.
Power switch a rubber push button on butt of light with two modes momentary and constant. Switch seems solid and well built
Runs off 2 CR2 batteries
Single Cree led bulb
115 lumens @ 2 hours run-time
Product in Inches (L x W x H): 0.9 x 0.9 x 4.1

here are some pics. In 2 I placed a minimag and a AA battery next to it in for size comparison.

I just got a Fenix LD20 a couple days ago. It was $54 from Amazon (free delivery) and it is also very bright. 190 lumens in turbo mode out of 2 AA batteries. It also has a strobe mode and 6 other lower output modes. It makes my 2 D cell LED Maglite look like it is throwing brown light. I also like the idea that it has a tail cap with a pressure switch tail-cap option for use on my AR's. What's not to like? 20x the light output of the LED Maglite and about the size of a cigar.

I added a picture showing that. I never realized what crap light the mags throw out. I'll never buy a Mag again after seeing my last picture.

I've got one of those 115 Colemans attached to my 870, bought it because of the price vs brightness. I have a Coleman 3 AAA that puts out 75 lumens that is my EDC. It has the fluted edge around the LED, my co-workers call it the "skull crusher"

There are 2 lights that throw 115 lumens.
1 uses AAA and the other CR2s.

The CR2 version is smaller than the AAA version.
Price is the same.

I have a couple of the 3 AAA models... for the price they are great lights... I use the one with the red, blue and regular light around the house. It's great for treks around the house at night... the red doesn't effect my night vision...

Nice. I bought an 85 Lumen Rayovac from WW a few months ago but they no longer stock them. Was just there yesterday and didn't see yours.

I have decided that WW's slogan should be...

"Everything but what you're looking for"

I got a $30 dollar LED 3 Watt light at Target and it is Awesome. I even had it mounted to my AR-15 for awhile and it withstood the abuse. It was plenty bright too. I would flash it quickly in my friends eyes sometimes during broad daylight and it would stun them for a second. At night your blind for a little bit.

It takes AAs and even has the tail cap button. It will do momentary on, well actually it will do momentary off. If you turn it on and apply slight pressure to the button it will turn off and then with a simple flex of the thumb it will turn back on. You can strobe it yourself that way too.

It looks like a nice light and you can't beat the price. Did it come with the batteries for that price? The only thing that I can see that would make it better is a pocket clip.

I have the 3 'AAA' model. It is the one with the red, blue and white light. It fits perfectly in a nylon magazine pouch, right next to the extra mag. I keep one at bedside too.

Has anyone heard of this flashlight?
2008 OLIGHT T10 w. Cree Q5 WC LED 5 levels, 3 modes, 190 lumens! 1 x CR123A
Seems Hella bright, but I don't know what the battery life would be.

Edit to Add:
I found this on another flashlight thread:
2008 Olight T10. Clicky and powers up at last level - just don't change it.
Output & Runtime Information: Illumination: 190lm(1hr), 85lm(3hrs), 38lm(8hrs), 15lm, 20hrs), 6lm(50hrs)
SOS: 190lm for 3 hrs 17lm for 40 hrs
Strobe: 190lm (2.1hrs)
I may have to get this...

Wow! I've got my share of mini maglites, but now I'm going to look at that Coleman Max. Thanks for the side by side illumination photo. I hope it's somewhere other than WalMart. I hate going into a WalMart. :nono: I'll check LOWES and Home Depot first.

ive been looking at the coleman max lamp...nice little light with little expensive batteries included...my biggest concern was no low setting to conserve batteries in a non tactical situation (more than likely situation)...2 hours is plenty of run time when you really need the light but there are times when it would come in handy for general use and it would be nice to have just a normal amount of light while conserving some battery power for later...

nice little light though...i was shocked when i saw the 115 lumens for the price...
