This (for sure) is not for concealed carry.
I just dug this old fancier leather rig of mine out of a cardboard box up on my 3rd floor.
I thought you'all might like taking a quick gander at it. It a low rider.
Actually constructed by a pretty famous old fancy saddle maker.
Nice Sterling silver buckles & keepers & belt ends.
The belt holds 20 big, fat, cartridges.
It's overall nicely floral tooled and the belt & holster are both fully lined.
It originally held my Colt SAA but, I started using it some years ago for a "Bigger Kick Ruger Stainless .44 Mag" to wear out in the Pa. Backwoods.
Notice the beautifully uncovered trigger & guard.
Sadly, These photos just do not do it justice. It really is a special holster & belt. It means a lot to me.
The sun started ducking down real low by the time I took these pics today. The sun was SO LOW that the grass cast dark shadows right across the holster. That was dumb of me.
The color is in reality a deep, rich, mahogany brown.
This was my first traditional fast draw rig before they started looking so chopped and customized that they didn't look like true Western fast draw holsters anymore. :silly:
I guess put a real light wipe of "Lexol nf" on it & then I'll shove it back in the ol' box again.
Bye Mr. Holster...see ya in another 10 years! :frown:
Thanks for looking.

Hey Bud

Really Nice! & great crisp pics.
Thanks for putting up a photo.
Did you know that's called a Jock Strap Style Holster? :silly:

We have identical Rugers. Those grips look good on there.
