Very desirable but - not perhaps as a shooter! The engraving is exquisite. Doubt I'd have the bucks either!

Not to do it down in the least but because I put function over aesthetics I could not easily justify such a piece. That said this is not something with a :bling: label - it is class thru and thru.

Were I a dead elephant.
I would want my tusks to go toward a project like that. :king:

Wish they had a better picture of the back end of the stock, I'd like to see how that silver piece at the back is engraved.

Bud,

More like $$$,$$$.00 or more.

Nice. If used, wouldn't the Ivory start to crack from the stresses put on it?

(Yes, I know nothing about Ivory)

Ivory Tough Stuff

The worst enemy of Ivory is Thermal Shock AKA Rapid change in temperature & also an extreme lack of humidity.
No problem with recoil or...impact stresses.
Again...remember the old Ivory Cue Ball.
Not much ever gets "slammed" any harder than that.
