Does Florida Concealed waive Brady Check? I see on the Utah site their concealed waives it and was curious if it was the same with Florida?

Yes - if you have a valid CWFP, you can walk in, put your money down, and walk out with the tasty new hardware of your choice.

All the dealer has to do is call in your permit to make sure it is valid, and off you go.

Not so in PA unfortunately but from my own experience anyways it makes minimal difference.

From going in to shop and filling in the forms, getting NIC's and paying - it is probably only a matter of 15-20 minutes before leaving with the new family member :smilez:

GA did, which was the reason I also maintained a permit along with my badge. Something got screwy with the GBI, and we had to go under the FBI check, which stinks.

There was a bill this year to get us back under the GBI, but I don't know the status.
