I took off the 1950's walnut. This is also a shorter LOP.

It is a little short. I Will have to run it to sure, but I think it will work fine. It will keep me from banging up the old wood.

Yup, my dad had it. I grew up using this one for deer hunting.

I have herd nothing but good things about an 870. This is exactly what an HD shotgun should look like. Most of the stuff hanging off of a lot of shotguns are just extra crap.

Only thing I can offer in the way of old Remington 870s is this 20 gauge magnum. Has been a surprisingly good gun in the field, even for ducks over ponds.
