Well I was sent a link to this forum and liked it so much decided I should join.

I am your average joe, NOT republican or democrat, Veteran, and all that jazz.

I recently picked up my 1st handgun, ruger P345, and I am now seriously considering carrying. I am here for information and "fun". I have been reading posts and learning. I understand that carrying is a big deal, and from almost every post I have read, yall agree.

So as I gather info and intel, I'll be having fun as well. Cause the 1 thing I have learned is if your not having fun, your not doing it right.

The new Ruger 345 seems to be drawing a lot of people seems like a nice gun... i have the old p90 version certainly not as slim as 345 but a good gun

yeah I was at the range today and a guy looked at mine we talked about it and what not then bought one and he and I shot them.

When I was looking I was looking 40/45, EVERY person in the shop said 45 for a pistol beginner, right/wrong or indifferent. And for ~$500 it feels good.
