My wife had me messing around with the digital camera tonight for her scrapbooking, so I decided to take a couple pics of my own.

Here is a pic of my Marlin 39A and the Ruger Single Six I picked up yesterday. The 6.5" Ruger has just been sitting in the used case of the local gun store for the last week, so I decided to rescue it. IMO, a pretty decent deal for $229, barely used. In fact, the mag cylinder looks like it was never even fired. The Marlin levergun is a hoot by itself, so I really can't wait to get out in the woods with this pair! Not a great pic, but I'm working on it...

Here my original lever and SA revolver set - a 16" Winchester Model 94 Trapper carbine in .45 Colt, and a Ruger Blackhawk also in .45 Colt. I added a Lyman tang mounted peep to the rifle, which I'm not entirely sold on yet. Kind of an all purpose combo, anything from plinking to deer hunting to camping.

I know there are some other guys and gals out there with some nice combos, so post a pic and show them off!

Duck - nice combos - I love levers and also SA's.

I doubt I ever took any pics to represent combo's tho - maybe should have. Only one to hand is a fun one

Keep that Trapper. Shoot that Trapper. You'll learn to love your Trapper. Especially if you reload for that Trapper. Some of the guys down here in the Fla. swamps use them for the larger hogs. The shots are fast and close. The .45LC(especially handloads) will absolutely hammer the animals. Also the little carbines that are chambered for the pistol cartridges will hold allot of ammo. I have a 16" Marlin in .44Mag. I'm surprised that more people don't carry one of these small, light, swingable, lots of ammo carring, little weapons,in bear country. I also own a Puma .454 Casull,SS,with the 16"bbl but I haven't found a hog big enough to use it on yet. Them little carbines are greatly overlooked IMO. --------

Good Job Bruce

Thanks for the "Brighten Up" on the photos as I also could barely see them.

Nice Firearms. Thanks for the photos!

Thanks Bruce! I'm still working on my camera skills.

RSSZ - I do enjoy reloading for the Trapper and the Blackhawk. Hard to find decent ammo otherwise, unless you want to pay $2 a shot for the Buffalo Bore. Great stuff, but I'm cheap! Those huge, straight-walled cases are easy to work with as well. Post a pic of the Puma - I've heard great things about them.

Nice pair/set.

I don't have any combo's yet. I need one .357 lever gun to go with my GP-100 and then a .45LC lever to go with my Ruger Vaquero .45LC and then I'll be set

I guess I could also get a Henry .22 to go with my Rough Rider .22 pistol just for the fun of it (could also give to a niece/nephew later on).

Nice, I don't own any lever guns, but I do have a .22 single six convertible and a .44 Vaquero. definitely fun guns.
