We live at 5300 feet elevation and it's pretty warm here lately, too. Most days it's been running in the low to mid 90s. However, my hunt zone is 45 minutes away at 7500-10000 feet, so it's a lot more pleasant up there.50 degrees at 18:55. Gosh, it must be like Heaven. It was 92 at 18:55 here yesterday.
Nice!!! I've only been hunting a couple of years (started very late in life) so I have pretty much zero points in most states. However, my wife has promised me that I can go on a guided bull elk hunt this next year. My rifle hunting buddy here has a cow tag for November and I will be helping him with his hunt. Not to make you feel bad but I have a bull and cow tag.
that looks like a black bear. Nice Pics, would have been better with some colors though.I use my trail cams just to get pics of the wildlife. I don't hunt but that's an awesome pic.
