What do you think of the DC detective who pulled his firearm at the snowball fight?
What are the laws there? Is the off duty detective covered under the same laws as joe public in that situation? or is it legal for him to use his weapon as leverage?
If you saw a man of his size moving towards you :twak:with a firearm in his hand what would you do if you were legally carrying your firearm?

We never had snowball fights with loaded guns....but we always had our snowballs loaded....with rocks and gravel from the drive at school. That was when I was in sixth grade. I actually got knocked unconscious during one of the fights...hit in the temple with a good size rock embedded in a snowball. Those were the days....Pennsylvania where winters involved snow. I kinda miss those days. It was all in fun, and I'd never think about killing someone over it, or pulling a gun.
