Park City police arrest man following crash, fight

There was a pursuit during which, Bostian says, Alfaro intentionally rammed a patrol car. A short foot chase ensued, followed by a fight between the officer and Alfaro.

That's when the neighbor who heard the crash and saw the struggle that followed, came to help.

"The citizen helped the officer get the subject in custody," Bostian says.

What caught me was , they had shot the guy previously with a taser and that didn't stop him .... and the officer at that point was alone in a fight with the guy. Glad a citizen gave the officer some support when he needed it most.

May not have had a good taser contact or spread of leads or maybe just flexed his foot on the gas when hit then they were pulled out.
Kudos to the citizen! I know I have personally been on the receiving end of a citizen assisting me in a felony arrest with no back-up available! The assistance was greatly appreciated and I made sure to let him know that I appreciated the assistance! Just my .02 worth!

Could of , could of .... .he was out of the vehicle when they shot him with the taser, and said it "had no effect" .... so yep, they may not have made good contact with the skin, etc. OR, he was so drunk and full of so much adrenaline, it literally just had no effect.

But, I understand your points, as I think most would. HE was purely in "fight mode" with the officers and determined they weren't taking him anywhere, nor his girl friend.
