I heard something about some problems Second Chance had had with some of the material that they used in their vests "breaking down" in hot environments. That's about all I remember. I used to have a Second Chance I wore in Denver PD and remember, at the time, it was THE vest to wear. I'm not sure if they ever got the problem resolved, I hope they did. They used to be a very good company with some of the best products on the market.
