Are you asking if Sig would sell you just the optics ready slide?

Since they can not currently keep up with demand for new pistols, I doubt it.

Yeah. Have an RX on order for a few weeks now. Maybe easier the other way around once you get your hands on an RX.

Sig doesn't offer Romeo equipped conversion kits. It may be worth a call to them to see if they will mill your slide and install the optic, but I doubt it. Like Matthew said, they either can't keep up with demand, or they are leaving them in limited production. I'm sure a large amount of them are going to the Army for their testing.
