Does anyone know which counties in western PA that are out of state friendly? I am a SC resident with resident permit and have my non resident Utah. I travel through PA often and have family on the OH/PA line so I do spend quite a bit of time in PA. Any info would be a great help, thanks

I used to carry a PA non-resident license. Give Washington county a call. You now have to appear to apply, but they used to be great about issuing non-resident licenses.
