Hey everyone, first post here. Been lurking around for a while now, but just registered. Onto the point, I'm looking for pictures of how some of you guys/girls carry a Kahr K9. Specifically, an IWB holster. I've searched through the sticky up top until page 20 or so, but not a single K9 came up. I just picked this pistol up last week or so and I've got an el cheapo Galco holster for it, but would like something a little nicer. I've been eyeing the Milt Sparks and TT gunleather holsters for it, but would really like to see the actual pistol in the holster and possibly opinions of how you like the holster itself. Thanks in advance! :hand10:

Welcome also!

Can't help with the IWB holster for the K9 either.
My buddy dose have the K9 and just bought a Mitch Rosen Premier Express OWB of e-Bay for $75. It's a nice off the shelf holster for the price IMO. I love shooting his K9 it's very accurate and a nice looking piece being all stainless.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys! I'll definetely look into the suggestions.

TheShadow, I really like shooting the K9 as well. It's much smaller than my 92, which isn't as easily concealed.

Yeah it's a sweet little pistol which is on my short list. The only minus I can say is the recoil spring is a pain (for me anyway) to compress on reassembly. But that's not enough to shy me away from the K9 model. I'm sure the more you field strip the easier it becomes.

I'm not computer savvy enough to post pictures, but I have a FIST 1A like Pizza Bob and a Crossbreed super tuck for my Kahr 9. Both TT and Sparks are excellent holsters
if you don't mind the 4-6 month wait. The Del Fatti is the Rolls-Royce of holsters, but he's so backlogged, he's not even taking orders.
One high end holster I particularly like is the Com III by HBE. I cosider this holster to be on par with Sparks, Brigade, etc. The workmanship is flawless and Erik can customize it any way you want. Wait time was 3 weeks for mine, but that was at least a year ago.

There is a HBE holster for sale that will fit it now in the members FS forum for $75.00. I would buy it, but I ordered a VMII 4 months ago, so it will be here in 2 more months.

No pics, I'm stuck at work, but I also use a Fist IWB for my Kahr .40. I use a J hook and a 17.

I have the CW9 that I carry daily. I prefer the IWB carry during the summer months, it's just easier to conceal than OWB IMO. IMO, OWB is more comfortable, but a little harder to conceal in summer clothing.

I use a Don Hume, MO #25USR IWB holster. It's very comfortable and the belt clip is a good quality one that keeps the holster in place without a problem. I think the CW9 is a tad smaller than the K9, not by much though. The pics are from my BB so the quality isn't that good.

I don't have pics, but a suggestion for a holster.

I owned a Kahr MK9 and used a Crossbreed Supertuck that worked exceptionally well. The Kahrs are nice and flat and conceal very well in the Supertuck, plus once you get used to it and it broken it (3-5 days) it's VERY comfortable. Another key component to this rig is a good, sturdy belt like a Beltman. I have 2 ea bullhide (black and brown) 1.5" belts from him.

I don't have the Kahr anymore as I traded it, but for IWB holsters I'm fully sold on the Crossbreeds. I still have one for my SIG P239 and Ruger LCP.
