I think there are entire categories left out that fall within the "other" category that are probably more popular than the rest, especially among 9mm owners (e.g. subcompacts, "single stacks" and microcompacts or "micro-nines"). I carry a Beretta PX4 Storm Compact Inox a lot even this time of year, but most of the time over the last 30 days (at least a plurality of the time) I would say it's my S&W PC M&P9 M2.0 Shield in a Bravo Concealment Torsion AIWB holster.

I also carry my Ruger LCP II fairly often but my SIG P229 Enhanced Elite in .357 SIG gets carried less often this time of year. I'm not really happy with my current holster for my S&W M&P9 M2.0 Subcompact otherwise I would be carrying it without a doubt most of the time. I bought it to replace my Gen5 Glock 26 which was always my most carried firearm in the summer OWB at the 9 o'clock to 9:30 position (2:30-3 o'clock right handed) and my Gen4 G26 for years before that. If I get the right holster for my M&P Subcompact, I am sure it will pull ahead once again followed by my Shield.

Other times of the year it is definitely my Beretta at the 11 o'clock AIWB position that is carried the most often. Now that I modified a better holster option for my P229 I will start carrying it the same way more as well (without the light). I really don't have a gun I carry the majority of the time at the moment (over 50%), but like I said, during the warm months that will probably end up being my M&P Subcompact once I get the holster situation ironed out. My PX4 Storm Compact gets carried mostly October through March or even April. I will probably carry my P229 a lot over the next year however. They're all great guns and even the P229 is surprisingly easy to carry IMHO.
