Check out the NRA supports the SB thread. We hammered Rand and the others to do this and now our big 800 lb gorilla wants to suddenly cut the ground out from under them. We my friends are about to have our gonads removed and NRA saying its not going to hurt has several ready to go along with this mess.

No gun law ever accomplished anything but make a criminal out of a law abiding citizen. No background check has ever stopped one violently inclined mental or not person from getting a gun if they have the brain left to walk the street free. And never will. How do we forget that so easily when it happens that its not our personal ox thats being gored at the moment??? Better start hammering the NRA with letters.

As far as the SB goes. It will not hurt. Really.

As to others, need to see 'em first.

That bill will hurt. Tons of Americans it has no business hurting. Not you or me right now but give it a few years.
I didnt tell NRA to back it. But its still unconstitutional, its full of holes, and wont do anything at all except stop anyone that wants a gun that might need help and would go for it from doing so.

Anybody else violently inclined that has sense enough to dress themselves and can order a hamburger is gonna know better
than to get a gun where that check would do squat. Just because the 800 lb gorilla says its banana, dont change the fact its a snake.

McCain showed his true colors long ago before Obama was out of diapers. How hes avoided ah heck I give up. The Vietnam vets here mostly know anyway.
