Mean yes - and it has a mean trigger, too. Actually, it has an awful trigger pull, and I\'m not ashamed to admit it took two fingers to pull it. Those are .22 barrels in the first pic.

You can see one in action in the second Matrix movie.

Also a COP in Blade Runner, used to take out the first guy in the interview scene, modified to fire two barrels at once.
