Greetings all! Have a few questions about a carry gun. I have a few single stack and a double stack that I use, trouble is, it's very difficult to find spare parts, accessories, mags, etc for them. I'd really like to find a more modern "mainstream" gun that is well supported by the aftermarket world. Here is what I have:

Beretta PX4 Storm Compact
S&W 3913
S&W 3913TSW

Requirements for an additional firearm:
1. SA/DA with decocker
2. Less than $650
3. Width less than 1.5"
4. Barrel length 4" or less

This is what I'm looking at right now:
Sig P239
CZ 2075 RAMI BD
HK P30SK
Sig P224
Bersa Thunder Ultra Compact Pro

Good luck even finding a CZ Rami BD to even handle. You would probably have to get on a list and wait a long time.

I'd also look very closely at the CZ PCR with aluminum frame. That gun is a winner in so many ways.

I'd bet that there are some good resources for spare parts out there.

I sold my 4506 just because S&W told me they would no longer support it for repair or parts but, your right, you can still find them although prices are going up on the guns and the parts. I still see nice 3rd gen Smith's but ,they are 450 and up which is new gun territory so I just bought a Glock as most Sig, CZ and HK are out of my league in cost. Would love to have one though.

P30sk, as you know, is double stack. But carries well. I have a v3 rear decocker and ambi safety. It's polymer.

Thinking about installing a few different springs and things to create a v4.1.

I know that this doesn't hit your requirements but sig 938 is bomb.

Another vote for the CZ75D PCR. It's a double stack though.

Oops..........P07 is a double stack as well. Ruger LC9s pro.

The CZ RAMI, while a VERY fine weapon, is not single stack. Not very mainstream as far as aftermarket stuff either. Also, unless you like Meprolite sights or are real handy with a welder and modifying sights not made for your gun, you are kind of stuck with stock sights. Waiting for the day that Tru-glo makes some TFX's for the RAMI. I'll be on that like white on rice!

No need to justify "I want a new pistol" to us. After all, we are "enablers." I think this meets your criteria, except it is not a single stack. Rather, a very narrow staggered magazine.

Sounds like you should look at a Sig P225 with the 3.6 inch barrel
