Yes for trespassing illegally. I can't speak for Kentucky but in Colorado it's a $350 fine. I don't even think you have to go to court you can mail in the check just like a traffic ticket.

Subsequent offenses may carry jail time but people usually aren't that stupid after they've had to pay 350 bucks
Kentucky he would be looking at up to $1,000 fine and / or a year in jail. First offense.

Any further entering of WM by this turd is a second offense. He's on notice. As he's been banned from their stores, it would be arrestable, not just a ticket
Do you know the tresspass ordinances in every jurisdiction in America that has a Walmart?

Depends on how much they spend on technology for security. Inside that county it is easy. Procedures vary by jurisdiction but frequently a copy of the trespass notice is on file with local law enforcement. His photo can be circulated to all the stores. Anyone recognizes him L.E. gets called and he goes to jail. If they spend the bucks like casinos in Las Vegas and Atlantic City they would have facial recognition software scanning the feeds from security cameras. When a prohibited person is recognized the system alerts security. The question is would a prosecutor in another state charge trespassing based on the ban from the original store? He would at minimum get ejected from the second store and if not held based on the orliginal ban a new one would be issued in the new state.
Does Wal Mart use facial recognition in its cameras? That company barely pays its employees enough to live on, what I am saying is, they are cheapskates.
They have the money to install cameras with recognition, but do they?

Don't know if they have facial recognition or not. But as the technology advances prices are coming down. With as much as they lose to theft every year it would not be a bad investment.

If he’s pays in cash at another store in a different town how will they know if he’s banned?

The old "It's not illegal if you don't get caught" ploy, eh?

Well if it costs him $350 for trespassing at Walmart, that about wipes out any savings he may have gotten on whatever he bought.
