I was thinking the same thing. Overall I do like it but those serrations would keep me from buying it.

Oddly enough my only complaint is that those rubber grips look turrible. .. ruger needs to stay with the nice wood grips

I like it. I would look closer at this right now, but I just spent my available cash on a new refrigerator. Cheap grips would be exchanged first thing out for slim grips. SRP (Suggested Retail Price) does look a little steep, however I understand Ruger does this as a business practice.
