I've handled the Ruger LCR a few times now and to me it seems to be a bit bigger than a S&W J-frame. I'd say its closer in size to my Colt cobra snub nose,anyone here agree? I want one and figure if I can pocket carry the Colt than the LCR should work just as all things being equal. Could any one here do a size comparison between the LCR and the J-frame guns? Do you find the LCR easy or difficult to pocket carry compared to a J-frame?

I've had both and the I would say the the J frame is a little bit easier to pocket carry only because of the grips. The standard grip with the LCR is a little bulky for pocket carry. When the aftermarket comes out with some smaller grips this won't be an issue.

I bought my LCR with the standard grips and later added crimson trace. The CT grips are quite a bit smaller.
