If I am reading it correctly, it is illegal, in Virginia, to own a shotgun with a folding stock that contains 12 or more rounds. Does this mean you can have as many rounds as you want, like one of those 20-round barrel mags on a saiga-12, as long as there is not a folding stock? Is anyone familiar with thr VA law?
