There are actually 2 bills, both of which are very similar. There is SB-436 & HB-249 (Protection of Persons and Property) We need them both to get passed.

A very close friend of mine is co-sponsering this bill & he told me that it should have smooth sailing as well as SB-436. He also told me that there is no way that the Assault Weapons ban will be reinstated. That's good news!
