Went last month to watch and decided to go give it a try this month. I'm surprised more folks are doing this for as close to real world encounters as you can get.
I've shot Cowboy Action Shooting for the last 10 yrs and it's great but I wanted something I could do to practice my concealed carry drawing and firing. Once that buzzer goes off behind you, your heart gets to pumping and it's hard to remember everything.
I used a S&W model 10 with a paddle holster. My button up shirt coverd up my equipment very well and when I carry this gun it's the same shirt I wear so that was good experience.
