The P220 Carry has the Full sized Frame (with rail)
The P245 frame has a shorter grip
The P245 uses a shorter barrel and a Different spring than the P220.
I would guess the new P220 Carry model would use the same spring and barrel as the P245.
All the internal parts should be common to all P220 variants.
