I have 6 new 22A firearms that I use for training, unfortunately I am very frustrated with them because of the difficulty
in pulling the chamber back to load. Is there a solution for this, because you have to grip with the thumb and index finger
most of our female students can't even pull it back to get a round in the chamber.

Is there an easy fix for this like a better spring, any suggestions ?

I assume you mean pulling the slide back?

Chances are the guns will loosen up a bit with use, but in the meantime, look at this pictorial guide: Racking The Slide Of Your Gun

With the 22A you shooter grasps the slide "slingshot" style with thumb and forefinger, but pay attention to the "push, don't pull" message in the link. Don't force the weak arm to more than it can comortabky handle.

only other option is locking the slide open then using the slide release to chamber a round, its a little easier to pull the slide back when you don't have a full mag pressing against it
