Got a SOG flash II for Christmas... I am a big Kershaw fan but am growing fond of the flash II. Tip up carry is new to me and a bit cumbersome but my real problem is the safety..what do you do to disable it?
I own three Flash II knives, but carry two. I did put a drop of glue (liquid nails, super glue, etc.) in the little opening on the ones that I carry to fix the safety in the off position (no safety).
I carried a Flash II for a couple of years. It's a pretty good knife for the money. I've never used the safety and never had any accidents. It's my secondary now that I've purchased a BM 710d2.
