Nice choice.

IMO that price is average, or a little high. There might be some used ones around for less money.

If they are hard to find in your area, why not buy one from an online dealer or Gunbroker.com and have it shipped to your local FFL? You can probably save some money that way and the selection will be better.

acctually is about $40.00 more than what one is going for here. if you can find one, but the last one i saw was.

but it might be cheaper in long run, to buy it.... it was similar situation with me, couldnt find one but i went ahead and bought it cause i couldnt find one. But gallery of guns list them at $543.00

so if it was me i would go get it... and have it.....

if it has a 16+1 mag and 13+1 mag it was built after july 1
if it has a 16+1 mag and 10+1 mag like mine it was before.
either way i would get it, cause i love it

I don't know. It probably doesn't include shipping. The transfer fee would be up to the FFL, so I can't speculate. In the end it should be less money than buying it at Cabelas. It is just a suggestion.

It's a little on the high side, but with shipping and ffl fees it might end up being pretty close if you can't find anything else. Good pistol. I've got the service size XD9 and it's a great reliable gun.

Great gun! I would imagine that with shipping and transfer fees it might be a draw. I know on my last purchase it was better to pay a little more locally than to try to get some deal shipped.

I may be wrong, but I'm under the impression that all Bud's gun prices include shipping which is why it indicated "Delivered". If you order via credit card, I want to say there's an additional 3% charge or at least there was the last time I ordered (don't know if it's changed). The 10 round is $435 and the 16 round is $462.

$435 * 1.03 = $448.05 delivered
$462 * 1.03 = $475.86 delivered

In my area, transfers fees are usually around $30 and includes the $5 NICS call.

I just bought a SA XD 9sc Saturday.. it came with the 13 and 16 round magazines. I paid $429.99... the cheapest price I found at the gun show.

I'm thinking of just using it at the house, for home defense. I was thinking about adding a flashlight to the rail... any input on this? Any suggestions?

They go to Austin and San Antonio guns shows monthly. Ask what they sell one for at a gun show. Ask them to bring you one. Go pick it up when they are near you. Save the FFL fees, and they have very good prices.
