How should Pro 2A people view states & cities who re-elect anti 2A representatives?

I find places like CO, NY, Conn, Ill etc... to be like malignant cancer that spreads beyond it's origination until healthy tissue is attacked & killed.
We try to combat this, but if we are not constituents of that state, I see little that can be done.

I am of the belief with corruption running rampant, re-districting guidelines skew the votes in favor of these anti American reps being re-elected.
"The fix is in."

(IF) the vote is fair (AND) these anti 2A reps are placed back in office, then I have no sympathy for these states and cities...
They made their bed; I see (2) choices for them, lay in it or find a new bed outside the realm of the bed bugs.

I'm the simple, old fashioned kind of man when it comes to these matters.....I will never go there, nor give them one tarnished penny of my money in revenue, ever. At least Nevada's governor had the good sense to know tourism affected his state and opened his office up to input from non-residents. Other than that, let them wallow in their own mire and ignorance.

Thanks. That is my stance as well. It's a shame. At one time I visited Chicago often for their museums as well as the view from Lakeshore Dr which one can not deny is great!
I wonder if emails etc written to such places indicating I will no longer be a tourist or visit their places of business would awaken them even in the slightest?
Let's face it, Chicago depends heavily on tourism as do many places.

RightsErodning; First off, I don't think the general populace of Chicago gives a rat's behind whether you visit their corrupt city or not. The politicians are so far out in left field with the corruption, the only thing they are thinking is how to screw the rest of the population. Stay armed and be safe.

The American people are lazy when it comes to elections, that is very apparent with them reelecting the same old morons time after time. If they don't wake up soon, one day they are going to find they have no freedoms left. Our founders set the government up for the people, the senate members were to be appointed by the states, the house was to be elected by the public in each state. The American public got lazy and the Washington crowd now thinks they serve the party not the people that sent them to Washington and we have no one to blame except us. I think that its time for the American people to wake up and demand that the government serve the people like our founders wanted.

Many have lost freedoms already; me included.

THAT is the problem..as [they] lose their freedoms, so do we; it's like a cancer.

I only mention Chicago because I live within a few hrs of it.

Reagan said "Tear down that wall" Perhaps with the windy city we need to build a high wall to keep the stench in.

I'm originally from northern IN (South Bend) and back in my school days, field trips to the museums was standard. Don't know about now.

As to an e-mail campaign, it isn't going to change a thing. Chicago has thrived on political graft and corruption since the 1800's. I don't foresee that changing in my lifetime.

Chicago will never change. Corruption is too entrenched. Gangs have free reign. The people will continue to re-elect more of the same. Rahm Emmanuel is a prime example.

The people have been conditioned to believe what they're told. It is a willful ignorance of their civic duty. They don't want to change anything.

Voter fraud has always been, and will always be, a problem in Chicago.

The problems start when these elected thugs run for national office, like Senator, Representative, and POTUS.

Then it becomes OUR problem.

And that pisses me off.

One thing that is running rampant that is common to most politicians.

Confusion.

Most of them are so confused that they cant even think straight or distinguish what is right or wrong.

You aint seen nothing yet....

Isn't it odd that Chicago has some of the strictest gun laws in the nation, one of the highest murder rates, but has the lowest local and federal gun crime prosecution rates. Do the authorities/representatives allow the continuing high gun crimes in some major cities to advance their anti gun agenda?

It is really sad when shows like “American Idol” or “Dancing with the Stars” get more voter participation than a general election.

No, it's not odd.

It serves their purpose in two ways.

1. They want high body counts as part of their propaganda. The ultimate purpose is to sway public opinion (of those non-thinkers who have been brainwashed to let the elected do the thinking for the masses). These non-thinkers are the ones who keep electing the same commies over and over and over.

2. They want to disarm law-abiding citizens because they fear us. They know we will not vote for gun-grabbing commies. They also know we will stand up for freedom and liberty.

They not only fear us in a very big way, they have a deep hatred for us and what we stand for.

The best we can do is work to vote out the bad apples, and, in states that still believe in freedom, keep voting people in who will keep the rotten apples from infecting the good ones.
