I owned a Tec 9 years ago and ended
up selling it because it just wasnt reliable enough.
I bought a browning 9 instead.
(very rarely sell or trade any of my firearms)
anyway just wanted to hear from anyone with a Tec 9 on how
it functions.

I had an Intertec KG-99. The original Tec-9. What a piece of crap! Gang bangers gun of choice. It functioned fine, but very inaccurate, and front heavy.

I traded it and a motorcycle for my Colt AR-15 A2 Govt. Carbine. I think I got the better end of the deal, but the guy was happy so it worked out well.

I must admit they do look cool but
cool wont save your neck if you needed to fire it.
Mine kept jamming and had light firing pin strikes resulting
in misfires all the time.
