Texas House To Vote on HB 318~CHL Confidentiality Provision
House Bill 318, which would limit access to information on CHLs to state and local law enforcement agencies only, will be considered by the Texas House of Representatives on Thursday, March 17. A majority of states with "shall issue" Right To Carry laws have confidentiality provisions -- HB 318 by Rep. Suzanna Hupp (R-Lampasas) would add Texas to that list. Please contact your State Representatives and urge them to support passage of HB 318.
