Well...they need more than voted out. Treason comes to mind as crimes we can throw at them...and maybe put them on a secret list too.

"Due process is what’s killing us right now."

- Joe Manchin, hired hack

It's the foundation of liberty and what's saving US from people like you, Joe. Suck it up.

You want personal improvement in your ability to survive on the instant of violence finding you? Then bloody well get off your own duff, take personal responsibility by the horns, and obtain some practical means of survival via tools and skills that can halt what's happening the moment it's happening. Hoping some distant predator is so uncreative as to be incapable of finding alternatives is abdicating one's own personal responsibility. Wishing for some distant political hack to do "something" even if that something is a pointless paper exercise in futility is blind to how real reality can get. Dial-a-prayer doesn't stop crime; it only helps investigate the mess after it has occurred.

"So can’t we say if a person is under suspicion, there should be a five year period of time that we have to see if [there’s] good behavior, to see if this person continues the same traits?” he asked."

Sure, you can say it. But that just shows your contempt for the constitutional rule of law.

Based on accusations insupportable in open court and conviction prior to drubbing, you want to strip protected civil liberties from citizens. That says more about you than anything else anyone could say.

Got accusations? Prove it. In open court, in front of an independent judge, allowing the accused to face his/her accusers, allowing rebuttal, demanding conviction FIRST prior to stripping any liberties from a citizen. Fail that, and you become the problem of undermining the BOR and the constitutional rule of law.

Another that deserves to be impeached for failure of oath.
Before the 17th amendment he could been replaced very quickly. Think it was the 17th. Before the senate was chosen by popular vote.????
And I think the crime is higher than failure of oath.

^ That, every time.

And until that occurs, we'll keep getting such snakes to eviscerate the BOR when they've got the opportunity. Time to remove the opportunity. Every time. Harshly.

I have to say a big THANK YOU to our founders, who gave us all those amendments and the Bill of Rights.

This guy is essentially is saying ..... that that pesky Constitution keeps stopping them from just acting like a Dictatorship ... and take them, because they want to. He's saying "those pesky rights people have " . Our founders knew we needed to be the Govt, we needed to elect them, and we needed to be protected from them.

Did this knuckle-head suggest by saying, “So can’t we say if a person is under suspicion, there should be a five year period of time that we have to see if [there’s] good behavior, to see if this person continues the same traits?” he asked. “Maybe we can come to that kind of an agreement. But due process is what’s killing us now.”

"Let's punish him ahead of any crime he might do, that way when he does it, we can say, "we knew he was up to something?"" That's Pre-Crime Punishment by stripping of his rights before time. Talking about watching him for 5 years. Geeeez!!!

:yup:

For those slow on the uptake, across the nation: since we fear a person might commit libel, slander and fraud in future, let's take out his tongue and remove his fingers, while we watch him for the next five years in anticipation he might still be a threat. That's the speech-prohibition variant of this line of thinking, which this RKBA-prohibitionist would like to see with arms.
